Following the photo The Little Tart Bakeshop posted of the most mouth watering croissants, baked in honor of christening their ovens, Mr. Ferguson and I made a point of stopping by their sparkling new space in Krog Street Market on Saturday morning. This is a second locale for Little Tart, its original bakery remains open at The Jane in Grant Park.
As you enter through the double doors of Krog Street Market, Little Tart greets you with all their fresh baked goodness, due to their space occupying a full end of the market stall designs. Owner Sarah O'Brien (read more about Sarah from my Spotlight Series here) was on hand overseeing the morning's pastries, offering a bountiful selection of quiche, cookies, tarts, plus sweet & savory baked items. Additionally, Little Tart offers coffee as well. Open 7am weekdays & 8am on the weekends. My photos above & below....
