If you follow me on Twitter, you might have noticed that during our holiday stay-cation, Mr. Ferguson & I have enjoyed a fair amount of home cooking.... A hearty Lasagna, playing around with a couple of baked egg dishes (parchment paper prevents sticking), and taking inspiration from Gabrielle Hamilton's recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwiches + her tip for spreading Mayo on the outside of the bread prior to placing into the hot pan made for the most delicious grilled cheeses!
