The Floating Farmhouse (fittingly named for its custom designed cantilever deck overlooking a stream) is located just inside the western New York state border & within the picturesque Catskills. The original structure dates to 1820, and owner Tom Givone retained most of the interior's period detail & charm when embarking on a much needed 21st century overhaul to dilapidated sections of the home. Renovation work targeted the bathrooms and the addition of a new kitchen & dining area. The completed space now seamlessly blends classic form & function with contemporary style.
