Mr. Ferguson and I attended a party last night at the home of jewelry designer Mark Edge (photos above & below).... I was particularly keen on seeing his Kitchen, after reading about the top-to-bottom renovation of his historic Midtown Atlanta home. Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles featured the Kitchen design details back in 2010, and seeing in person did not disappoint! Mark retained the original charm & character of the space while infusing it with 21st century style -- note the double thick marble top kitchen island, minimizing upper cabinetry allows for the floor-to-ceiling large scale subway tile, remodeling of the Butler's Pantry, and the selection of grand double doors that lead to the most enchanting back garden.
