Cookbook ~ Prune

James Beard Award-Winning chef Gabrielle Hamilton's highly anticipated cookbook, Prune, is due out on shelves November 4th....   The book shares its name with Hamilton's noted East Village restaurant (a postage stamp sized eatery founded in 1999) and includes recipes inspired by the kitchen's daily menu. Much to our culinary delight, Mr. Ferguson & I had the opportunity to dine at Prune for lunch nearly 2 years ago -- I highly recommend a visit! Watch the video below for more insight....
