Friday's "New York Times" featured interior images of Oak Spring Farms, the Virginia estate of Rachel Lambert Mellon, known as Bunny. Its contents as well additional pieces from her other residences (read more from my previous posts here & here), make up the more than 2000 lots offered by Sotheby's in their upcoming auction to be held in November. Proceeds from the sale will benefit The Gerard B. Lambert Foundation, established by Bunny Mellon in memory of her father. Highlighted lots included below followed by images from Oak Spring Farms.
