I have ice cream on the brain today.... The NY Times Dining section has multiple articles dedicated to the subject (with local favorite parlors featured and videos on making ice cream treats) and then I receive an email update from Jeni's Ice Creams of their latest collection now offered -- Top Sellers. The group of 4 flavors includes Brown Butter Almond Brittle, Dark Chocolate, Brambleberry Crisp, and Salty Caramel, all of which I have tried and LOVE! Also to note, the anticipation is building for the 2nd Jeni's scoop shop to open in Atlanta at Krog Street Market, currently with a tentative date of end of Summer.
