Saturdays from 9am-1pm, The Carter Center's parking lot plays host to the Freedom Park Farmers' Market.... When we stopped by this past weekend, Chef Jarrett Stieber (featured previously in my Spotlight Series) was holding down the local restaurant pop-up tent and crafting small plates of perfectly seasoned heirloom tomatoes.
