Friday night we went to Better Half for Mr. Ferguson's birthday.....  It was our first time to the restaurant since this once supper club transitioned into a brick & mortar space. Owners Zach and Cristina Meloy developed their loyal fan following with PushStart Kitchen, their underground supper club held in their home kitchen for nearly 2 years. The couple turned to establishing a Kickstarter campaign when they knew it was time to expand their business, being mindful of keeping the cherished intimacy shared with their customers a top priority.
