Charles Babinski mixing an Almond-Macadamia Nut Milk Iced Latte (left) & served in a chilled Mason jar (right)
An article in today's New York Times Dining section has inspired this post and a discussion on Nut Milk.... The piece features a coffee shop in LA, G & B Coffee, owned by Charles Babinski & Kyle Glanville, and dubs their Iced Latte one of the finest served in the country. The ingredient that sets it apart from all others is the made-in-house Almond-Macadamia Nut Milk -- which just sounds so super delicious!
When I order a cappuccino at local coffee shops around Atlanta, I prefer Almond Milk over regular dairy milk. Dancing Goats uses Califia Farms and Aurora makes theirs with Almond Breeze. When buying Almond Milk to keep in our fridge at home, I opt for Whole Foods 365 Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk.
