If you follow me on Twitter, you might have noticed that we stopped by Love is Love Farm's Plant Sale this past Saturday.... Love is Love Farm provides that taste of the country within the city limits! Its an organic farm located at Gaia Gardens, and Gaia Gardens is a jewel of property owned by East Lake Commons (a co-housing community). Love is Love Farm owners Joe Reynolds & Judith Winfrey have leased the land since 2008 and grow on 1 & 1/2 of Gaia Garden's 5 acres.
In addition to hosting various farm & foodie events throughout the year, you can find Love is Love Farm produce at a couple of farmers markets around town -- Grant Park & East Atlanta, and they also offer a seasonal veggie share too. Photos from our visit below....
