Actress Reese Witherspoon placed her majestic Ojai, CA 7 acre Spanish style ranch (pictured above) on the market shortly after being featured in and on the cover of Elle Decor's 9/12 issue (pictured below)....  Recently, Witherspoon has reduced the asking price from its original $10 million to $7.25 million. Designed by architect Wallace Neff and built in 1923 for Edward Libbey (founder of the Libbey Glass Company in Toledo, OH), the property consists of a 4 bed/3.5 bath main house, multiple guest houses, pool, extensive landscaping, and stables.
