After salivating over the photo that boutique chocolatier
Cacao Atlanta posted on Twitter from Saturday of their 75% Dark Chocolate Bark, I knew we would have to make a stop in at some point over the weekend. The rich dark thick & chunky pieces stacked high against the white marble counter is a sight to see! We opted to try the Raw Almond & Sea Salt and the Caramel Pecan -- both unbelievably decadent! Go & savor for yourself....

Of Cacao's 3 locations around the city, we visited their Virginia Highland neighborhood shop. The interior (above) has great cafe style tables and chairs to enjoy a cappuccino and your sweet treats. The windows (below) look out onto the festive village street. Definitely, my kind of artisan candy shop for grown-ups!
