Tom Ford + Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind

Visionaries: Inside the Creative Mind, a documentary series on Oprah Winfrey's Network OWN, premiered last night featuring fashion designer & film maker Tom Ford. Ford is the former Creative Director of Gucci and Gucci Group, a position he held for 10 years. Following his departure in 2004, Ford went onto establish his own successful fashion label, Tom Ford, concentrating on menswear. In pursuit of his passion for film, he created his film production company Fade to Black in 2005, through which the Oscar nominated film A Single Man  was made and released in 2009. Ford is credited with co-writing, producing, and directing the film starring Colin Firth.
