A New Turn in the South, the new cookbook from noted Athens, GA based chef Hugh Acheson will hit shelves next week. In celebration of his first publication, Acheson is hosting a book signing at his Atlanta restaurant Empire State South, on the release date Tuesday October 18. Head over from 5:00-7:00pm and sample bites and spirits prepared from recipes taken straight from the book. A New Turn in the South will be available for purchase.
