Lauren Bush, the CEO and co-founder of FEED Projects, granddaughter of former president George
Bush, and niece of George W, will be married this weekend to David Lauren, son of fashion icon Ralph Lauren. The weekend event will be taking place out in Colorado, at Mr. Lauren's 17,000 acre ranch, known as Double RL.
I've kept the images of Lauren Bush featured in the July 2010 issue of Town & Country magazine. Not only is she a true natural beauty, but her drive to end hunger in impoverished communties around the world is most impressive & inspiring. The profits from the sales of Lauren's collection of FEED Projects bags, t-shirts, and other accessories, go towards providing meals to those in need. Launched this summer, FEED Projects has partnered with makeup company Clarins in offering their FEED 15 Clarins Pouch, a 100% organic cotton pouch that includes 3 pieces of Clarins best selling products. Each pouch sold provides 15 school meals to the United Nations World Food Programme.
