Long story short, I happened upon a real estate website site yesterday, specializing in country properties 2 hours north of NYC. As I was scrolling though the listings, I spotted the lake house that everyone dreams about.... Interior designer Thom Filicia's lake house is on the market! I instantly recognized the exterior from when it was featured in the beloved (and now shuttered) Domino Magazine's August 2008 issue, and since I have a difficult time throwing anything away (particularly out of print design magazines), I still have the original hard copy with all the fabulous interior shots.
