We enjoyed another fabulous meal at Dynamic Dish last night. I still have difficulty wrapping my head around the fact that this is a vegetarian restaurant. Owner David Sweeney & staff take to vegetables like Picasso takes to canvas! Their skill and preparation of fresh, in season veggies is truly awe inspiring. Saturday nights they offer organic pizza night... the always different combinations of toppings never disappoint. The interior is set up with long, butcher block topped communal farm tables, local art work on the walls, and just harvested veggies act as centerpieces. As fate would have it, our group of 4 quickly turned into 8 when 4 old friends were seated at our farm table! Dynamic Dish is BYOB with a $10 corkage fee. Oh, and if you're a fan of Chocolate Cake - be sure to put your slice on reserve for dessert... it is a must try. Open for Lunch Tuesday - Saturday & Dinner served Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The photos speak for themselves!!
